摘要：自党的十九届全国代表大会以来,"三大攻坚战"逐步推进,金融风险防范一直都是攻坚任务的重点任务之一.现阶段,河南省地方政府债务尤其是隐性债务风险凸显,本文以河南省地方政府整体债务与各地级市为研究对象,研究分析河南省近年来的总体债务水平和河南省各地市的债务水平,通过研究分析得出近年来河南省地方政府债务尤其是隐性债务风险逐渐加剧的结果,最后基于上述分析从多角度提出地方政府债务风险防范的措施及建议.
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the "Three Tough Battles" have been advancing step by step, and the prevention of financial risks has always been one of the key tasks. At present, the risk of local government debt in Henan Province, especially implicit debt, is prominent. This paper takes the local government debt in Henan Province as the research object, studies and analyses the overall debt level of Henan Province and the debt level of various cities in Henan Province in recent years, and concludes the local government debt of Henan Province in recent years through research and analysis. Finally, based on the above analysis, measures and suggestions to prevent local government debt risk are put forward from various perspectives.
