摘要：在丝绸之路经济带建设背景下,为了与中亚国家建立紧密贸易关系,有必要增强双方贸易互补性。利用贸易结合度指数、贸易互补性指数与贸易专业化指数分析中国与中亚国家贸易互补性,研究发现双方总体贸易互补程度不高;贸易互补产业结构单一;仅有建立在初级分工阶段的产业间互补,缺乏体现高级国际产业分工的产业内贸易。据此,认为应该"依托比较优势强化产业间互补,深化产业分工拓展产业内互补",以进一步发展中国与中亚国家的贸易关系。
In accordance with the policy of developing the Silk Road economic zone and in order to establish close trade relations with central Asian countries, it is necessary to strengthen bilateral trade complemen- tarity. Using trade integration index, trade complementarity index and trade specialization index, an analysis is done regarding trade complementarity between China and the Central Asian countries. The result shows that both sides overall do not have a high level of trade complementarity. The structure of industries with trade complementarity is unitary, relying solely on industrial complementarity which is the characteristic of the primitive stage of industrial divisions, lack of intra-industrial trades which is the feature of the advanced stage of industrial divisions in an international setting. Based on these, suggestions are made that ＂industrial complementarity should be strengthened by means of comparative advantages, and intro-industrial comple- mentarity should be further expanded through deepening industrial divisions＂ so that trade relations between China and the Central Asian countries can be further developed.
