摘要：社会主义市场经济是中国特色社会主义政治经济学中非常重要的一个基本范畴,它是我国改革开放的重要理论基础,是我国改革的方向。从社会主义发展历史中认识市场经济的活力,社会主义必须同市场经济结合。市场经济能够与社会主义制度结合的基础根植于生产社会化规律,即"分联结合规律",市场经济是社会化生产的构成要素,是实现社会化联系的基本形式,没有社会化生产就没有市场经济,没有市场经济也就难于构建社会化生产。社会主义市场经济之所以被称为最高形式的市场经济,是因为社会主义市场经济具有自身的特殊规律,它既能够充分发挥市场经济的优势,又能有效控制克服它的缺陷,使社会化生产力和社会化生产关系有机结合,发挥基本经济制度和市场经济的两种优势,并形成合力。
The market economy with Chinese characteristics constitutes a crucialscope in the socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. It laid significant basis for opening-up policy and defined the direction of the reform. If we come to study the dynamics of market economy from the history of socialist development, we shall find out that socialism must be associated with market economy. The feasibility of incorporating market economy with socialist mechanism is rooted in the rule of socialized production, namely 'the rule of minute sectors unification'. Market economy plays a crucial part in socialized production and functions as the fundamental form of social connection. Market economy couldn't have been put forward without socialized production while the construction of socialized production is impossible without market economy.Socialist market economy could be regarded as the highest level of market economy since socialist market economy enjoys its own special rule, which could give full play to market economy as well as effectively constrain its defects. This achieves the organic incorporation of socialized production and socializedproduction relation, takes full advantages of fundamental economic mechanism and market economy, and forms a cohesive force
