摘要：以G20国家为样本,构建OFDI逆向技术溢出对制造业价值链升级的理论模型,通过动态面板估计(GMM)分析OFDI逆向技术溢出对不同类型国家和我国不同类型制造业价值链升级的影响。结果表明:自主研发对制造业价值链升级具有显著影响,OFDI逆向技术溢出对G7、欧盟和金砖国家制造业价值链升级有显著影响;流向发达国家、新兴经济体国家的OFDI对我国高技术制造业的技术提升具有显著影响,但对中、低技术制造业的价值链升级影响则不显著。
Based on G20 countries, this paper constructs a theoretical model of OFDI reverse technology spillovers and manufacturing value chain upgrade, and analyzes the impact of OFDI reverse technology spillover on the upgrade of value chains in different types of countries, and different manufacturing industries in China through dynamic panel estimation （GMM） . The results indicate that independent R＆D plays a prominent role in the upgrading of manufacturing value chain, and the reverse technology spillover of OFDI has a remarkable influence on the upgrading of manufacturing value chain in G7, EU and BRICS. OFDI flowing to developed countries and emerging economies has a significant impact on technique development of high-tech manufacturing industry in China, while the effect on the value chain of middle-tech or low-tech manufacturing industry is not significant.
