摘要：习近平总书记从人与自然关系的根本规律上把推进绿色发展方式、生活方式视为发展观的一场深刻革命,把循环经济视为长远根本大计,是对循环经济理论的升华,也是对政治经济的深化与开拓。中国特色社会主义政治经济学必须将自然规律和循环经济纳为研究的新疆域,彻底摒弃旧的增长方式和旧的增长思维定势,探寻以社会主义优势推进构建和完善循环经济的系统工程。经济学界认真系统研究习近平总书记对于绿色发展方式的系统重要论述,是解放思想、理论创新的契机,应当自觉地树立新的发展观。
General Secretary Xi Jinping sees the promotion of green development mode and lifestyle as a pro- found revolution of development concept, the circular economy as a long - term fundamental plan from the fundamental law of the relationship between man and nature, which is the sublimation of circular economy theory, as well as the deepening and developing the political economy. The political economy with Chinese characteristics must incorporate natural laws and circular economy into new areas of research, completely abandon the old growth patterns and old growth thinking, and explore the systematic work of building and improving the circular economy using the socialist advantage. A systematic study of the series of discourses on green development mode of General Secretary Xi Jinping is the opportunity of emancipating the mind, innovating the theory, and consciously establishing a new concept of development.
