摘要：我国资源型企业国际化经营存在风险辨识、国际化路径和国际化阶段"三维"理论框架。从风险辨识角度来看,需要分析国际化风险体系的构成,并在此基础上构建国际化风险的防范体系。在不同的国际化经营阶段,需选择合适的对策与手段,从而推动我国资源型企业的跨国经营与发展。
Based on the systematic analysis of the theory of the development path,development stage and risk management in the enterprises' internationalization,combined with the characteristics and the international practice course of resource-based enterprises,this paper creates the 'three-dimensional' identificational theory framework and presents the risk system of the international operation of the resource-based enterprises.Due to the different risk factors faced in the different stages of the internationalization,it presents the risk prevention measures for international operation stage,to build up the prevention system of the international risk of the resource-based enterprises,analyze further the international risk countermeasures,through exploring the correspondence between international operation risks and countermeasures.The aim is to provide the references for the related work of the government supervisors,enterprise managers and researchers.
