摘要：企业进入对产业发展的影响,不仅取决于企业进入的数量,还取决于进入企业的质量。文章在分析中国汽车产业企业进入数量的基础上,主要从进入企业的企业制度、外来资本、专业领域以及区域分布等四个方面,分析了进入企业的质量及其对汽车产业发展的影响;进一步分析了企业进入的政策性影响因素;最后提出,必须针对不同企业实行有区别的进入管制政策,以促进我国汽车产业的健康发展。
Not only the quantity, but also the quality of enterprises entry, can influence an industry development. On the base of analysing the quality of enterprises in Chinese auto industry, this paper principally analyses the quality of enterprises from four aspects such as enterprise system, foreign capital, speciality, district distribute, and their influencing on industry development. The main reason how these qualities formed were analyzed. Put forward finally, a distinguishing entry control policy must be put into practice to promote the healthy development of Chinese auto industry.
