摘要:This paper consider the synchronization problem of drive-response memristor-based neural networks(MNNs) with time delay in a setting time. Since the model parameters depend on networks's state, drive-response system can be seen as the system with parameter mismatches. By using suitable Lyapunov function, designing discontinuous controller, without using existing finite-time stability theorem, finite-time synchronization criteria for delayed memristor-based neural networks are derived. Finally, an illustrative example demonstrates the effectiveness of theoretical results.
