摘要：案例教学作为教师与学生之间围绕教学案例而进行的一个互动教学系统,经历了以教师为主导地位、多以教师引导提问和学生被动回答的苏格拉底方法,向以学生为中心的小组讨论及辩论模式演变的过程。教师从先前的绝对主导者角色逐步让位,在现代开放性教学模式中承担了更多辅助性的教育角色。结合高等教育对象的特点和管理案例教学的特殊性,探讨教师的功能角色定位。
The case teaching is an interactive teaching system between teachers and students, and it has experienced an evolution from the Socratic Method, which emphasizes teachers＇ questions and students＇ passive answers to the group discussion and debate, which emphasizes the students＇ principal part. The teachers leave the absolutely leading role step by step, and take more auxiliary education roles in the modem open teaching method. Combined with the characteristics of higher education object and the peculiarities of the management case teaching, this paper discusses the function of teachers＇ role in this paper.
