摘要：第二次世界大战后,以美国为核心的国际超级金融垄断资本主义表现为七大特征:资本主义极度不平衡形成美国霸权格局、建立和强化国际超级金融霸权、经济高度虚拟化导致金融危机并扩展为经济危机、先进的技术与虚拟资本紧密结合、通过跨国公司垄断国际商品市场与技术市场、以虚拟经济支撑军事优势抢占战略资源地域、以资产阶级统治意识对其他国家进行颠覆和渗透。资本主义正由强势而充满矛盾走向衰变,其演变过程在近70年中发生了四个变化的节点。
The US-centered international super financial monopoly capitalism, which was formed after the World War Ⅱ, has seven characters: the American hegemony due to extreme imbalance within capitalism; the establishment and strengthening of international super financial hegemony; highly virtualized economy leading to financial crisis that spreads to economic crisis; advanced technology closely related to virtual capital; monopolization of international commercial market and technology market by transnational corporation; occupation of strategic resource regions with military superiority on the basis of virtual economy; the overturnning and penetrating of other countries with the dominant bourgeois consciousness. Through 70 years of development, it has been declining as something strong and full of contradiction, with four turning points.
