摘要:以网络文本为对象的旅游形象研究已成为热点,但研究角度和研究方法往往单一且不够深入。通过使用内容分析法和社会网络分析法,比较不同视角下河南省旅游目的地形象的差异。结果表明:(1)网络语境下河南旅游目的地形象可分为6个主题:自然景观、历史人文、游客体验与感受、旅游目的地、旅游政务信息、旅游保障设施。(2)除旅游政务信息和旅游保障设施差异较大外,不同视角下其他4个主题的差异较小。(3)运用社会网络分析发现,游客感知网络比官方宣传的略显紧凑;自然景观、历史文化、游客体验与感受均处于二者网络结构的核心位置;官方宣传侧重宣传大而全的内容,孤立点较多。
Tourism image research based on Web text had become a hot topic,but the research angle and method were often single and not deep enough.By using content analysis and social network analysis,this paper compared the differences of tourism destination image in Henan Province from different perspectives.The results showed that:(1)Under the network context,the image of Henan tourism destination could be divided into six themes:natural landscape,history and humanities,tourists’experience and feeling,tourism destination,tourism government information and tourism guarantee facilities.(2)In addition to the large differences in tourism government information and tourism support facilities,the other four themes from different perspectives have relatively small differences.(3)Using social network analysis,it was found that tourists’perception network is slightly more compact than official propaganda;natural landscape,history and culture,tourists’experience and feelings were at the core of their network structure;official propaganda focused on propaganda of large and comprehensive content,with more isolated points.Finally,it puts forward suggestions.
