摘要:为了充分发挥主观赋权法与客观赋权法这两类评价方法的优势,同时避免这两类评价方法存在缺陷,达到两者优势互补、扬长避短的目的,首先运用层次分析法计算决策者的主观权重,利用改进的粗糙集法计算客观权重;然后构建新的最优化模型将专家经验与客观数据进行融合,用以确定组合权重,进而获取主观权重与客观权重相结合的最优组合权重。最后通过数据库的选择实例进行验证,实验表明提出的方法是合理有效的,可以使决策的准确性得到提高,具备实用性与推广价值。
In order to better play the advantages of subjective weight determining evaluation and the objective weight determining evaluation and avoid the defects of these two kinds of evaluation methods respectively, the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the subjective weight and the rough set method is used to determine the objective weight. Then a method of determining comprehensive weight considering the experience of the experts and the objective information based on the optimal model is proposed; we can determine the optimal comprehensive weight through the subjective weight and the objective weight. Finally, an example to the selection of the database is used to show that the method can improve the accuracy of decision, and has practical and popularize value.
