摘要：数字图书馆评价是一个复杂的多属性决策问题,根据数字图书馆的评价指标体系,借助Vague集的方法将数字图书馆评价中的不确定指标转化为Vague值,通过正理想对象和负理想对象的定义,确定了待评价对象与正负理想对象之间的距离,并利用记分函数值定义了定性指标的V她ue值,进而通过加权和法得到了待评价对象的评估值.
Digital library evaluation is a complex multi-attribute decision-making problem. According to digital library evaluation index system, the uncertain indexes are transferred into Vague value by the Vague set theory. With the definition of the ideal object and negative ideal object, the distance between the object of evaluated and the positive ideal object （and negative ideal object） is get. Meanwhile, the Vague value of qualitative index is get by score function. Then, the evaluation of evaluated object is computed by the weighted sum method.
