摘要：科技型小微企业是带动区域经济发展的基石。分析了科技型小微企业发展现状,构建了科技型小微企业融资能力评价指标体系,并分别从科技型小微企业自身和政策环境两个方面给出了提升科技型小微企业融资能力的对策。在企业自身方面,应加强人才工程建设,提升科技创新能力,拓宽融资渠道;在政策环境方面,应建立促进科技型小微企业发展的服务机构,建立健全信用保障体系,制定税收优惠政策,加大政府扶持力度。
Technology-based small and micro businesses is the cornerstone of regional economic development. This paper probes into the present situation of science and technology in the development of small and micro businesses, mainly con- structed the evaluation system of high-tech small and micro businesses financing ability, two aspects respectively from the small micro enterprise itself and the policy environment, countermeasures are proposed to enhance the scientific and tech- nological small and micro businesses financin~ ability.
