摘要：中国城乡失衡的区域差异必然决定了缩小城乡差距、实现城乡全面协调发展的艰巨性和长期性。基于中国城乡失衡的区域差异分析和城乡协调发展的本质,选取一组衡量区域城乡协调发展的评价指标,应用主成分分析法和聚类分析法,构建了区域城乡协调发展度的评价模型。并以双重滞后型城乡关系的典型区域——甘肃省为例运用此模型,对该区域的城乡协调度作了实证分析和初步评价。
The urban and rural unbalance characterizing reginal difference in China means that it will be a long and arduous task to bridge the gap and to promote coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Based on an analysis of the unbalanced regional difference and the nature of urban and rural coordinated development, the paper selects a set of evaluation indexes and uses the principal component analysis and cluster ananlysis to build an evaluation model for regional urban and rural coordinated development. By applying this model to Gansu Province--a typical area that is lagging behind the whole country, this paper offers an empirical analysis and a preliminary evaluation of this province.
