摘要:为研究饮水与人体运动后消除疲劳的效果 ,该实验通过对游泳运动员连续饮用碱性离子水三周 (2 1d) ,再进行高强度训练后的 (即刻、3min、5min、7min、15min) ,血HL实验与分析 ,实验前后数据 ,经检验相比 ,结果发现 。
The experiment is designed to study the effects of drinking water on fatigue elimination after exercise. In the experiment the swimmers drank alkaline ionic water for 3 weeks continuously, after which they had their high intensive training. Their blood lactates (HL) were taken immediately after training, at the 3rd minute, the 5th minute, the 7th minute and the 15th minute after training, and then analyzed. The data before the experiment and after the experiment were checked and compared. It was found that the alkaline ionic water has its positive effect on the change of the swimmers' blood lactate values after exercise.
