摘要：独联体各成员国检察制度的产生和发展,是一个循序渐进、不断完善的过程。在独联体国家法律脱离原苏联体制模式独立的过程中,每个国家都在选择自己的检察制度理论体系方案,检察院的法律地位相对于苏联来说已经发生了实质性的变化,检察机构在独联体国家权力机构中的作用、地位、职能和权力也各有其特点。研究和审视独联体国家检察制度的历史和发展趋势对我国检察制度的改革和完善具有重要的现实意义。
The set - up and development of the procuratorate system of the member states of the commonwealth of independent states(CIS) is a progressive and constant improvement.In the process of legal independence from the mode of the Soviet system,every country choosen its own theory of procuratorate system.Legal position of procuratorate is very much different from the Soviet one.This article reviews different role,status,function and power of prosecutorates in CIS.
