摘要：现代企业的竞争已经逐渐升级为企业所在产业的产业链之间的竞争。通过产业链整合,加强产业链上的薄弱环节和关键环节,提高整个产业链的运作效能,有利于将产业链的竞争优势转化为企业的竞争优势。钢铁产业链安全和效率是钢铁企业可持续发展的根本保证,特别是近年国际铁矿石价格大幅度上涨,更凸显产业链整合对提升企业竞争优势的重要性。
The competition among modem enterprises has gradually upgraded to that of industry chains which the enterprises belong to. Strengthening the weak and key links in the industry chains and improving the operating efficiency of the whole industry chains through integrating industry chains is beneficial to turning industry chains＂ competitive advantages into those of enterprises. The safety and effi- ciency of the Iron ＆ Steel industry chain is the essential guarantee of the sustainable development of iron ＆ steel enterprises. Especially, the rapid rise of international ironstone price in recent years raises the importance of industry chain integration for the advancement of corporate competitive advantages.
