摘要：国际保险业的兼并重组现象近来表现出全方位、多层次的特征 ,这种变化可成为我国保险业拓展市场、规避风险的理性方式。依据我国保险业的现状与所处的发展阶段 ,近期这方面的主要举措应是注意观察研究 ,打好基础 ,把握好兼并重组的力度与步骤。
The re-organization and merger in the international insurance industry displayed a feature of multi-facet and variety. These changes can provide a rational choice for the market expansion and risk avoidance for the insurance companies in China. Considering the present situation and development stage of the insurance industry in China, we should focus our attention on observation and research, try to build a sound foundation and cautiously handle the progress of the re-organization and merger in China.
