摘要：随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,高校教师的需求量逐渐增加,青年教师已成为高校实施教育教学的主力军,但高校部分青年教师在师德师风方面存在一些不尽如人意的地方。从高校青年教师师德师风的现状入手,分析了加强师德建设的重要性和紧迫性,并提出了加强师德建设的具体措施。
With the continuous expansion of higher education, there has been a gradual increase m aemana For college teachers, who have become the main force of education in colleges and universities. But part of the young teachers in colleges and universities are unsatisfactory in ethics. By presenting the status quo of young teachers＇ moral standards, the paper analyzes the importance and urgency to strengthen the construction of teacher＇s ethics, and puts forward concrete measures to strengthen it.
