摘要：本文利用2001、2002、2003年的行业数据,对比研究了在外商投资企业出口倾向较高的行业和出口倾向较低的行业,外商投资企业对我国内资企业的技术溢出效应。结果表明,在外商投资企业出口倾向较高的行业,外商投资企业通过竞争效应、研发效应和模仿效应对我国内资企业产生较明显的技术溢出效应,在外商投资企业出口倾向较低的行业,其技术溢出效应不明显。
Based on the industry data of 2001, 2002 and 2003, this paper examines the technology spillovers from foreign funded enterprises to mainland enterprises in high and low industry export propensity of foreign funded enterprises. The results indicate that in export-oriented industry technology spillovers could be generated through competition, R＆D and imitation but in local-oriented industry technology spillovers could not happen.
