摘要：通过构建区域经济子系统有序度模型和区域经济复合系统协同度模型,选取人均GDP、工业总产值比重、农业增加值比重、第三产业增加值比重、地方财政收入/支出比、城镇居民人均可支配收入、农村居民人均纯收入7个指标,对中原经济区不同区域之间的经济协同发展程度进行测度和分析。结果发现,中原经济区30个地市的区域经济协同程度相对较高,但是区域间的经济发展水平差异显著,且郑州市与其他地市的经济复合系统协同度变化幅度相对较小,但是集聚趋势明显。然后,在上述分析的基础上提出了协调相关区域经济发展的政策建议。
In this paper,through the construction of regional economic sub system order degree model and regional economy composite system synergetic degree model,then select 7 indicators,such as,the per capita GDP,the proportion of the total industrial output value,the agricultural added value increased the proportion of the third industry,value proportion,the local finance income / expenditure ratio,urban residents per capita disposable income and the per capita net income of rural residents,through these data and methods to measure and analysis the different areas of Central Plain Economic Region＇s economic coordinated development degree. The results found that the coordination degree of regional economy of the 30 cities of the Central Plain Economic Region is relatively high,but the difference between area economic development level significantly different,the economy composite system of Zhengzhou and the other cities＇ collaborative degree change in a relatively small range,but the distribution of regional agglomeration trend is clearly. Then,based on the above analysis,put forward some relevant policy suggestions for the coordinated development of regional economy.
