摘要：城市快速扩张、消费需求变化及竞争日益激烈的背景下,银行网点的空间重组是城市空间优化的重要内容。郑州作为中国快速扩张城市的典型代表,文章将电子地图数据和调研数据相结合,运用ArcGIS空间分析工具和Stata软件对其银行网点的时空分布特征及区位选择的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:①银行网点空间集聚特征明显,ATM网点的集聚程度明显高于人工银行网点,且集聚速度更快;②银行网点主要分布于距市中心一定半径(9 km)范围内,并从市中心往外呈圈层式向外扩散;③商圈成为银行网点集聚的重要载体,集聚结构由经三路和中原路两个集聚中心演变为多个不同等级的集聚中心,集聚中心平均规模有所减小;④负二项回归结果表明,交通通达性、需求因素对两个阶段银行网点的区位选择有正向影响,地租成本和集聚因素对不同阶段的影响有所不同,制度因素则没有任何显著影响。同时,银行网点区位选择的影响因素在不同类型网点和不同区域也有所差异。文章得出的结论可结合区位理论进行分析,为城市快速扩张背景下郑州或其他同等级城市银行网点的选址布局及城市空间优化提供参考。
Under the background of rapid urban expansion,changing consumer demand and increasingly fierce competition,the spatial reorganization of bank outlets is an important part of urban spatial optimization.Zhengzhou is a typical representative of the rapidly expanding cities in China.This paper,on the basis of the electronic map data and the survey data,studies the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of the bank outlets and the influencing factors of location selection in Zhengzhou city by the means of Arc GIS and Stata.The results show that:1)The spatial agglomeration characteristics of bank outlets are very obvious,the agglomeration degree of ATM outlets is obviously higher than that of bank branches and its agglomeration speed is faster.2)Bank outlets mainly center on the certain radius(9 km)from the city center,and show circle diffusion from the city center to the outside.3)Business circle has become an important carrier of bank outlet agglomeration,the agglomeration structure has evolved from two agglomeration centers(located at Jingsan road and Zhongyuan road)to several agglomeration centers of different grades,and the average size of agglomeration centers is decreasing.4)Negative binomial regression results show that traffic accessibility and demand factors have positive effects on the location choice of bank outlets in the two stages,rent cost and agglomeration factor have different effects on different stages,while institutional factors have no significant impact.At the same time,the factors influencing the location selection of bank outlets are also different in different types of outlets and different regions.The conclusions drawn in this paper can also be analyzed with the location theory,so as to provide reference for the location layout and urban space optimization of banks in Zhengzhou or other cities of the same grade.
