摘要：在构建基于综合经济能力、科技创新能力、国际竞争能力、辐射带动能力、交通通达能力、信息交流能力、可持续发展能力的国家中心城市功能考核指标评价体系基础上,运用熵值TOPSIS模型,以2013-2017年我国中西部地区5个国家中心城市(郑州、武汉、重庆、成都和西安)的相关指标数据为依据,对国家中心城市功能考核指标评价体系7个子系统和城市功能发展水平之间的关联程度及相对接近度进行综合分析比较,并提出了进一步优化提升郑州国家中心城市功能的政策建议。
Based on the evaluation system of national central city function assessment indicators based on comprehensive economic capability,scientific and technological innovation capability,international competitiveness,radiation-driven capability,traffic accessibility,information exchange capability and sustainable development capability.Using the entropy TOPSIS model,based on the relevant indicator data of five national central cities(Zhengzhou,Wuhan,Chongqing,Chengdu and Xi'an)in the Midwest of China in 2013-2017.Analyze the correlation between the seven subsystems of the national central city function assessment index evaluation system and the level of urban function development,and the comprehensive analysis the relative proximity,And proposed policy recommendations to further enhance the function of Zhengzhou National Center City.
