摘要：大学生异质性就业能力相对于同质性就业能力而言,是一种差异化素质和稀缺性能力。基于人力资本和社会资本的视角,异质性就业能力表现为人力资本形态的异质性就业能力和社会资本形态的异质性就业能力,前者主要通过教育和外溢的方式获得,后者则包括先赋型社会资本、自致型社会资本和公共社会资本的利用能力。大学生异质性就业能力的培养,依赖大学生本人、高校和政府等主体的共同努力。
Corresponding to homogeneous employability,heterologous employability is a kind of difference quality and rare ability.From the angle of human capital and social capital,Heterologous Employability shows from the pattern of human-capital and social-capital.The former can be obtained from education and overflow,and the latter contains the capabilities to use ascribed social capital,attained social capital and public social capital.It is necessary for college students,governments and universities to work together in order to bring up college students’heterologous employability.
