摘要：在新技术出现的条件下,组织惯例更新与企业竞争力之间存在非常重要的关系,组织惯例更新能否成功是影响企业竞争力提升的重要因素。通过对诺基亚和苹果两家公司从2G时代向3G时代转变过程中,组织惯例更新与企业竞争力关系的对比研究,探讨了组织惯例更新状况对两家企业竞争力带来的影响。案例研究成果证实了本研究的假设:组织惯例更新成功,企业就能在新的组织惯例规范下进行行为和模式复制,提升组织效率,提升企业竞争力;组织惯例更新不成功,原组织惯例执行环境发生变化,不能适应新技术带来的变化,组织决策就会丧失市场机会,丧失企业竞争力。
Organization routines play an important role in enterprises. The study of organization routines has impor- tant significance in the organization theories. When the situation of organization routine changed, what should the organizational routines do？ What＇s the relationship between the process of organizational routines updating and the business competence？ This paper analyzes the NOKIA and APPLE companies＇ organizational routines updating, and contrasts the process of organizational routines updating and the business competence. Then draw conclusion that： when the organizational routines updating are successful, the new organizational routines are contributed to the company competence; when the organizational routines updating are failure, the organizational routines will hin- der the company competence and lose the opportunity of applying new technologies.
