摘要：在过去的30多年里,西方管理学界对企业的政治行为进行了较为广泛的研究。但是,这些研究关注最多的是企业的政治活跃度及其影响因素,很少涉及企业政治活动的丰富内涵,而企业对政治战略战术的运用却是这个丰富内涵的一个重要组成部分。大企业比小企业采用的政治战略和战术更加丰富,它们更会利用第三方施压,对政府也更具挑战性;而小企业往往被动地接受法律法规的出台或变动,即使参与政治活动,也往往只采用那些易于操作的、直接的、成本低的战略战术,或用一种低成本的方式在很小的范围内使用这些战略战术。
The political actions of the enterprises have been widely studied in the circle of western dministration in the past thirty years.Meanwhile,most of the studies focus their attention on the political liveness of the enterprises and its effects.Most of the researchers considered the political action of the enterprises as the a'black box',they seldom pay attention to the rich connotation of the political actions of the enterprises,which takes the use of political strategies as a major part.Grounded on the above,this thesis is to illustrate the relationship between political strategies of enterprises and the scale of the enterprise.Consequence comes out as following:large-scale enterprises can use richer political strategies than small-scale enterprises to enforce pressure on the governments and they are more challenging to the governments;while medium-scale and small-scale enterprises tend to passively accept the changing of old laws and the new laws,if participating in political activities,they would take the easily operational,direct and low-costed strategies,or they would use the strategies in a small scale.
