摘要：在科学分析社会主义新农村建设丰富内涵的基础上,直面西部“三农”问题及建设社会主义新农村的五大障碍,并结合西部实际,探讨了西部地区建设社会主义新农村的重点突破领域,提出了相关政策建议。
Based on the author＇s interpretation of the significance of the construction of a new Socialist rural China, the paper analyses the five major handicaps that are detrimental to the rural economy of the West, and proposes measures to resolve these handicaps.
