摘要：绿色壁垒存在的根本原因在于发达国家与发展中国家不平衡的社会经济发展水平,这种不平衡在短期内很难改变。文章就绿色壁垒的产生、内容及WTO框架下绿色壁垒对发展中国家的挑战进行了分析,并给出了相应的对策,进而指出了绿色壁垒问题应继续研究的方向。
The prime cause of green bulwarks lies in the disequilibrium of socio - economy development between the developed countries and the developing countries, and the disequilibrium is nearly impossible to change in short period. This essay analyzes the green bulwark's origin, content and the challenge to developing country in WTO frame, gives some countenneasure, and then points out its research direction.
