摘要：西部民族地区整体经济发展水平不仅滞后于全国平均水平,而且大大低于东部地区。恶劣的生态环境,保守的思想观念,落后的农业经济,素质较低的人口构成了西部民族地区经济发展的障碍。为促进西部民族地区经济发展,合理的对策思路有:生态环境建设与保护;转变思想观念,鼓励创新思维;发展现代农牧业,实行多样化经营;发挥地缘、人缘优势,发展边境贸易;发挥旅游资源优势,大力开发旅游产业;重视人力资本投资,鼓励科技制度创新。
The overall economic development of western ethical regions of China lags behind to the national average,considerably backward comparing to eastern regions.There are various obstacles in the economic development of western ethical regions,for instance,unfavorable ecological environment,conservative attitudes,backward in agricultural economy,and the comparatively low-level population quality.In the article some reasonable suggestions are proposed including constructing and protecting ecological environment,changing people＇s ideas,and seeking for innovative solutions.It is also necessary to call attention to the investment in human capital and encouraging technological innovation in the development of modern agriculture and livestock husbandry,and exploiting geo-and personal advantages,and developing border trade,as well as developing tourism by taking advantages of tourism recourses.
