摘要：裁判文书制作是审判工作的最后一个环节,是审判活动是否公正、公平的最终体现,也是以司法促进社会和谐的重要手段。裁判文书要以规范化的制作促和谐、以透彻的说理促和谐、以追求诸价值的均衡实现促和谐。
The writing of juridical document, the last step of judgment, is the ultimate embodiment of fairness and justice in trial procedure and an important means to promote social harmony by justice. Juridical document should promote this harmony with normalized writing, detailed argument and realization of balance of values.
