摘要:现有的研究对态度中的认知、情感、行为三种属性及其与个体行为结果之间存在的机制关系并没有给予太多的关注.以学习态度与考研结果的关系模型为例,基于河南某大学城应届458名考研大学生样本的数据进行分析.结果表明,考研认知态度对考研情感及行为态度有显著的正向影响,考研的认知及情感态度对考研的行为态度有显著的正向影响,考研学习的行为态度在考研的认知及情感态度与考研结果之间起完全中介的作用.这些结论为大学毕业生考研决策及考研行为、高校学生考研管理工作者提供一定的实践参考.
The existing research has not paid much attention to the cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of attitude and the mechanism relationship between them and individual behavior results. Taking the relationship model between learning attitude and postgraduate entrance examination results as an example, this paper analyzes the data of 458 recent postgraduate entrance examination students in a university town in Henan province. The results reveal that the cognitive attitude has a significant positive impact on emotions and behavioral attitudes. The cognitive and emotional attitudes have a significant positive impact on behavioral attitudes. The behavioral attitude has a significant impact on examination results and it mediates the relationship between the cognitive, emotional attitudes and the results of the entrance examination. These conclusions can provide some practical references for the decision-making and behavior of college graduates and the management of college students’ entrance examination.
