摘要：政府采购目前受到国际社会的广泛重视 ,其对一国的产业发展和对贸易产生巨大影响。中国加入WTO后 ,将逐步面临政府采购市场的激烈竞争。回顾政府采购的历史渊源和发展 ,介绍WTO的《政府采购协议》 ,探讨我国政府和企业在加入WTO后如何应对未来政府采购市场的开放 ,利用政府采购国际规则保护自身利益。
Government procurement has aroused comprehensive att en tion in the world economy. It has great effect on a country's industry and forei gn trade. With the accession into WTO, China will be gradually confronted with t he fierce competition in the Government Procurement market. The article reviews the history and development of Government Procurement and introduces the WTO's A greement on Government Procurement, in order to inquire into how the government and firms to face the opening of Government Procurement market and to draw on th e international rules and codes to protect our country's benefit.
