摘要：利率市场化作为中国一项重要的金融制度安排,其改革成功与否,关键取决于社会经济的承受能力。在肯定利率市场化的优化金融资源配置功能的同时,更要充分估计到利率市场化对社会需求扩大、国有企业生存和商业银行经营等方面所形成的压力。因此,中国在推进利率市场化的进程中,应密切结合经济实际,做好相关性改革与制度安排,以降低利率市场化改革成本,促进利率市场化目标的顺利实现。
On the basis of introducing the theoretical background and present situation that international commercial banks expand by resorting to capital market, this paper provides an analysis of the causes of international commercial banks, integrated operation and merger & acquisition, and proposes some relevant suggestions on how Chinese-funded banks promote their development by resorting to capital market.
