摘要：“生态倾销”(eco-dumping)是欧美国家80年代中期针对环境标准较低的发展中国家提出的一个概念,它同“社会倾销”一样,完全有别于一般产品倾销。其形式上的合法性、名义上的合理性、提法上的巧妙性以及手段上的隐蔽性,已成为发达国家打着生态旗号要求发展中国家提高环境标准,背后则隐藏了其追求经济利益的目的,即借环境保护之名,行贸易保护主义之实的本性。
The concept of ＂Eco-dumping＂, which is aimed at developing countries of low environmental criteria, is brought forward in the middle of 1980s. It is different from common product dumping same as ＂social-dumping＂. But the developed countries often ask the developing countries to improve their environment standards in the name of ecology. However, pursuit for economic benefits is hidden behind this action, that is, performing trade protectionism in the flag of protecting the environment.
