摘要：习近平号召全党把马克思主义政治经济学当作必修课,特别要坚持和发展当代中国特色社会主义政治经济学。这是我们党和全国人民的一项重大理论建设,对于提高全党全民的理论素养和认识、掌握社会主义发展规律具有重大意义。马克思主义政治经济学是真正的科学理论,中国特色社会主义政治经济学是马克思主义政治经济学发展的新阶段,是当代中国马克思主义政治经济学。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的指导原则是"马学"为魂,"中学"为体,"西学"为用。中国特色社会主义政治经济学的方法论要突出历史分析、实证分析、比较研究和定性与定量相结合的方法,特别要尊重运用辩证法,具体问题具体分析。
General Secretary Xi Jinping called for taking Marxist political economics as a compulsory course within the Party, especially sticking to and developing the contemporary socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics. As a major theoretical construction of our Party and the whole nation, it is of great significance to improve the theoretical competence and comprehension of the Party as well as the nation and to grasp the laws of socialism development. Marxist political economics is true scientific theory, while the socialist economics with Chinese characteristics is the development of Marxist political economics at a new stage, namely the Marxist political economics in contemporary China. The guiding principle of the socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics is taking Marxism as its soul, Chinese learning for the essence, and western learning for practical use. Its methodology lies in the combination of historical analysis, empirical analysis, comparative research as well as qualitative and quantitative methods, especially dialectics appliance on a case-by-case basis.
