摘要：结合国内外会展教育的现状,分析目前河南会展人才的培养现状和问题,以职业经理人为培养目标,提出河南会展人才培养的实验实训总体思路。构建教师、行业专家和学生三方共担的培养方案并贯穿到课程教学的全过程。同时建立相应的保障机制,实现以职业经理人为培养目标的河南会展人才教育改革。
Combined the status of the domestic and international exhibition education,the paper analysis exhibition talents' status and problems in Henan.To train the professional managers as target,the paper propose the general idea.Building teachers,industry experts and pupils share the training program throughout the whole process of teaching.Establishing the appropriate security mechanisms and measures,this will achieve the training objectives to professional managers.
