摘要：移动政务的公众接受度直接影响着移动政务建设的成效性和公众对移动政务公共服务的满意度,因此研究移动政务公众接受度影响因素对提高移动政务公众接受度有着重要的意义。通过实证研究,分析移动政务接受度影响因素的重要程度,探讨影响因素和公众接受度之间的关系,假设并验证移动政务公众接受度影响因素模型,最后对提高移动政务公众接受度提出政策建议。
Public acceptance of mobile government has a direct impact on the effectiveness of mobile government construction and public satisfaction with mobile government services, so researching influencing factors of public acceptance plays an important significance to make more people accept mobile government. Through an empirical analysis, this paper analyses the importance of influential factors and discusses the relationship between public acceptance and influential factors, assumes and verifies the mobile government model of public acceptance factors. Finally, it gives some recommendations to enhance public acceptance.
