摘要：市场经济是信用经济。我国信用制度的建立滞后于社会主义市场经济体制的发育过程。目前我国强化信用约束机制的最大障碍是法律障碍。而有关破产方面法律制度的完善是建立完整信用权法律制度的核心。我国经济生活中出现的信用危机现象在很大程度上与我国破产制度的不健全有着密切的关系。因此,完善我国破产法律制度是构建信用权法律制度的一个重要环节。
