摘要：2007年开始的金融风暴,其直接诱因是次贷泛滥和消费过度等经济因素,但是金融道德风险亦多层面、多角度地推动着这次金融风暴,成为金融风暴的内在诱因之一。与此同时,金融风暴使金融道德风险呈现出广泛性、公开性、全球性的新特征;金融伦理关系亦发生了若干变化:金融伦理关系的覆盖面更广、涉及度更深,强势金融群体与弱势金融群体呈现出新的利益对立,金融伦理关系面临的投机性冲击加大,民间高利贷使金融伦理关系恶化。反思金融风暴所带来的创伤,强化人们在金融活动中的信用准则、公平准则和责任道义感,提升金融活动中人们的伦理理性,是金融活动健康发展的必要环节。
The direct causes of the Asian Financial Crisis in 2007 are such economic factors as subprime lending crisis and excessive consumption. Also, another reason is the moral risk, which accelerates the Asian Financial Crisis from the different levels. At the same time, the moral risk under the Asian Financial Crisis have taken some new characteristics, it is more extensive, open, and global. There are also some changes in the financial ethical re- lation. For example, the range of the relation is broader and deeper, the new conflicts of collective interest had arisen between the influential financial communities and disadvantaged financial groups, the speculative impact, faced with the ethical relation of finance, had increased, and the folk usury had made the financial ethical relation deteriorated. In order to promote the healthy development of financial activities, it is necessary to review the nega- tive side caused by the Asian Financial Crisis, to strengthen people with the credit standards, rules of fairness and responsibility sense of morality, and to improve people＇s ethics in financial activities.
