摘要：走新型工业化道路是在新常态和资源约束下的必然选择。科学把握河南省新型工业化发展水平和方向,有助于制定正确的发展政策。结合已有研究成果,构建了河南省新型工业化评价指标体系,利用河南省2008~2012年数据,对河南省新型工业化水平进行动态分析。
The new- type industrialization road is the strategic choice for Henan Province with the constraint of resource and New Normal. It is helpful for making correct development policy to grasp the level and orienta- tion of new - type industrialization. This paper builds an index system and evaluation method to measure the new -type industrialization, and calculates the new -type industrialization level of Henan Province based on the statistical yearbooks （from 2009 to 2013 ）.
