摘要：文章在对国内外有关研究成果进行回顾和总结的基础上，界定了微型企业的规模范围，从企业规模、企业结构、经营特点与企业产权等方面论述了微型企业的主要发展优势，最后从经济与企业发展、企业家精神的培养、扩大就业和社会稳定、和谐社会的构建等方面论述了微型企业对于我国经济与社会发展的重要意义。
On the base of studying many related researches in this field at home and abroad, this article definitudes the range of micro-enterprises size, and discusses the size, structure, managing features and property rights, etc. of micro-enterprises. At last, this article discusses the micro-enterprises＇ great significance to the economic and social of China from aspects of the economy and industry development, the cultivation of entrepreneur＇s spirit, the enlargement of employment, the social stabilization and the harmonious society building.
