摘要:培养具有扎实的专业理论基础和熟练的职业技能,具备法律服务能力与创新创业能力的复合型、应用型、创新型法治人才是法学本科教育教学质量的国家标准。现实中,法学本科毕业论文写作"重理论、轻实践"的传统模式表现出了极大的惯性和定力。学生毕业论文与司法实践和社会实际脱节倾向明显。贯彻案例型毕业论文写作模式,可以有效克服这一倾向。案例型毕业论文模式可以细分为"案例判解"模式和"案例探索"模式,相对于学术理论型本科毕业论文模式,二者更有利于形成学生应用性职业素养,提升学生法律实践技能与现代法律素质。应完善相关制度,促进案例型毕业论文模式的应用和推广。
It is the national standard of the teaching quality of undergraduate education in law to cultivate compound,applied,and innovative law talents with solid professional theoretical foundations and skilled vocational skills,legal service capabilities,and innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities.In reality,the traditional mode of"emphasizing theory and neglecting practice"in the teaching of graduation thesis for law undergraduates has shown great inertia and fixed force.The students’graduation thesis is obviously out of touch with judicial practice and social reality.This tendency can be effectively overcome by carrying out the writing mode of case-based graduation thesis.The case-based graduation thesis model can be subdivided into"case judgment"mode and"case exploration"mode.Compared with the academic theoretical undergraduate graduation thesis model,the two are more conducive to the formation of students’applied professional literacy and improve students’legal practice skills and modern legal qualities.Relevant systems should be improved to promote the application and promotion of case-based graduation thesis models.
