摘要：我国《物权法》确立了保障权利、制约权力的制度,坚持对国家、集体、私人财产权的平等保护,以促进政治和谐。《物权法》明晰了产权关系,促使当事人自觉维护诚信;规定了担保物权、公示公信原则,以保护交易安全、保障经济和谐。《物权法》确立了自然资源有偿使用制度,禁止环境污染,旨在实现人与自然的和谐。《物权法》详细规定了建筑物区分所有权、相邻关系,促进了社区和谐。
The system of protecting right and restricting the power has been established in Chinese＂ Property Law＂. To maintain political harmony, the property rights of the state, collective and private is protected equally. ＂Property Law＂ makes the scope of property rights clear to promote the parties to safeguard integrity consciously;the security property right and principle of publicity and trust have been provided to protect the safety of transactions and the economic harmony. ＂Property Law＂ establishes a system of compensation for the use of natural resources and environmental pollution is banned, aiming at achieving harmony between man and nature. The distinction ownership of the building and adjacent relations has been provided in detail to promote community harmony.
