摘要：在当前严峻的国际经济形势下 ,实现经济较快增长的根本之策是扩大国内需求 ,进一步形成消费和投资的双重拉动。这不仅需要继续实行积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策 。
With current severe international economical situation, it is a fundamental policy to expand demotic demand for a rapid economic growth by pulling consumption and investment, which calls for not only continuous pro-active fiscal policy and stable monetary policy, but the encouragement of individual investment.
