摘要：在黄河流域生态保护背景下,通过市场环境、生态环境、基础设施和创新能力对郑州市的营商环境与高质量发展进行研究。结果表明:郑州的营商环境有市场容量大和基础设施较为完善的优势,也存在着生态环境形势严峻和创新能力不足的劣势,需要加快产业结构升级、推进生态环境建设、促进基础设施互联互通和提升创新实践能力。
In view of ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin,the business environment and high quality development in Zhengzhou are studied through analysis of its market and ecological environment,infrastructure construction and innovation ability.The results show that the business environment in Zhengzhou has the advantages in large market capacity and perfect infrastructure construction,and the disadvantages of severe ecological environment and insufficient innovation ability.
