摘要：我国上市公司资本结构研究中一直忽略了异质性债务中的币种结构,企业为什么借入外币债务一直没有得到深入研究。文章系统地回顾了拉美及东南亚金融危机爆发以来国内外关于公司层面外币债务使用的研究文献,并从动机(风险对冲、投机、信息不对称、融资需求)与经济后果(企业层面、外汇风险)两个视角进行了梳理。文章发现外币债务使用动机及其影响的研究在发达国家市场和新兴经济体市场取得了较为一致的检验结果。我国学者对此问题的研究多从宏观层面进行,下一步应填补实证研究的空白。
Heterogeneity currency structure of debt has been neglected in the study of listed companys＇ capital in our country. The reason of enterprise borrowing foreign currency debt has not been in-depth study. This paper systematically reviews the domestic and foreign researches literature about using foreign currency debt from company ＇s view. Then combing them from motivation and economic consequences. At the end of this paper,it put forward the field and angle that the research of listed company＇s capital structure should be focused on.
