摘要：Improving the capability for self-innovation is the key for enterprisers to enhance their core competitiveness. Building an innovation-oriented country must fully play the main role of self-innovation in enterprises, and enhance the capability for self-innovation. The improvement of the capability for self-innovation in enterprises depends on the forming innovation modes and effective innovation strategies. The paper starts from discussing the importance of conducting self-innovation in enterprises, analyzes the current situations and the existing main problems of the capability of self-innovation in enterprises, and establishes the self-innovation modes of enterprises, thus provides references for enterprises to enhance the capability of self-innovation. If enterprises want to truly enhance the capability for self-innovation, it needs to choose their own self-innovation modes that adapt to the internal and external environment of enterprises.
