摘要：在对企业国际化路径、发展阶段和风险管理等理论分析的基础上,提出了资源型企业国际化发展风险辨识的理论框架,结合我国资源型企业国际化发展的业务展开对风险的全面性分析,从而建立了我国资源型企业国际化发展的风险体系。针对国际化发展过程中的8类具体风险,包括政治、政策、经济、文化、管理、资金、技术、市场等方面,提出了应对不同风险国际化发展过程中的各种风险的防范措施,以期为资源型企业国际化发展风险管理提供思路与经验借鉴。
Based on the theoretical analysis on the internationalized access, development stage and risk management of the enterprise, the paper provided a theoretical framework of the internationalized development risk identification for the resource type enterprise. A full analysis conducted on the risk in combination with the internationalized development business of China resource type enterprise and thus an internationalized development risk system of the China resource type enterprise. According to the eight certain risks in the internationalized development process, including the political, policy, economic, culture, management, funds, technology and market aspects, the paper provided the different risk prevention measures to handle the different risks in the internalized development process in order to proved the idea and experience references to the internalized develop- ment risk management of the resource type enterprise.
