摘要：基于2010—2018年黄河流域75个地级市的面板数据,构建生态保护与经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,并进一步运用耦合协调度模型与社会网络分析探究生态保护与经济高质量发展耦合协调联动效应和网络结构特征。发现:(1)黄河流域内生态保护与经济高质量发展变动趋势有较强的一致性,在时序变化上呈上升趋势。(2)黄河流域生态保护与经济高质量耦合协调度以2014年为分界点,之前略微上升,之后呈下降趋势,总体上处于临界值0.5以上。(3)黄河流域各地级市生态保护与经济高质量发展耦合协调具有明显的网络关系,下游及部分中游地级市在网络中发挥着领导作用,形成主受益、经纪人、净溢出及双向溢出等四大板块。
Based on the panel data of 75 cities in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2018,the comprehensive evaluation index system of ecological protection and high-quality development is constructed.Furthermore,the coupling coordination degree model and social network analysis are used to explore the coupling coordination linkage effect and network structure characteristics of ecological protection and high-quality development.The results are as follows:(1) There is a strong consistency between the trend of ecological protection and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin.(2) The coupling coordination degree of ecological protection and high-quality economy in the Yellow River Basin takes 2014 as the demarcation point,which rises slightly before,and then shows a downward trend,and is generally above the critical value of 0.5.(3) The coupling and coordination of ecological protection high-quality economic development of cities in the Yellow River Basin has obvious network relationship.The downstream and some middle reaches cities play a leading role in the network with forming four plates:main benefit,brokers,net-spillover and two-way spillover.
